By requesting services from Nova Language Services LLC, clients agree to provide accurate information regarding the requested assignment, including the date, time, service type, and estimated duration. Services are subject to interpreter availability and confirmation by Nova Language Services LLC.

Fees, payment terms, cancellation policies, and any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before services are confirmed. Nova Language Services LLC reserves the right to decline or reschedule requests based on interpreter availability.
